REFUND POLICY

We obviously want you to be totally happy with your purchase, so to make everything run smoothly, we offer free VST instruments and sample packs for you to test on your software before committing to a purchase. Once you have successfully installed the free VST instruments, you can then purchase directly from the website (Windows Users only on the website) or Mac Users can contact us for Mac VST or Audio Unit options by emailing us or using the Mac Order Form.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept refunds, so please test out your software first with the free instruments before purchasing.

To keep the prices so low, we charge for each platform version:
Windows x64
Mac VST3
Audio Unit

Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct platform version. We cannot resend alternative versions for free. We have considered charging more for the instruments and including all 3 platform versions, but it's better value to charge for the variants individually.
